Build a property investment potfolio WebApp

I am looking for someone who can build a webapp for a property investment portfolio:
The features are:
Investor login
Deal Agent Login
Admin Login

The admin will be able to list deals on the app
Each deal with its own figures and rates
Deals listed are available to investors
Investors can calculate thier mortage and cashflow
This data should alos be represented on a chart

The investor can add a deal into their porfolio
Then the deal becomes an asset when the admin confirms that they bought into the deal
Investor has dashboard that will show them: The current property value, Cashflow and graphs (More details will be provided)

Agent must login and manage their deals
Attend to deal inquiries
Have options to share deals online
Agen must have a profile that is visible to all investors
Agent and admin can update rental payments data for the investor
