Create social media auto posting API (no UI)

I need a platform like HootSuite, Buffer, etc. but much more limited. Just scheduled posting will be enough.
One requirement is that it should use official API not to violate terms of use.

This integration should work with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Youtube
