Website footer multiple locations

I need to have script developed for a running website. It should work exactly like on this page when you scroll to footer:

Macon, GA

There are multiple locations listed. If you click any of them, the pre-generated page opens, but with custom texts and meta tags / descriptions for any of the locations.

I have around 30 locations to list. Instead of making 30 different pages, I thought they could be dynamically generated. Let me know if it’s the correct approach or I’m way off 🙂
