Combined LoRaWan Transmitter + RFID Scanner (Embedded Electronics Systems)

I am seeking an electronics engineer and embedded systems developer with a passionate interest in LoRaWan radio transmitter/receiver technology and RFID antena electronics? as I am looking for an electronics engineer and an embedded software systems engineer to build a prototype concept and help me get it all the way to production. The team members need to already have an interest in these technologies to help fast track the assembly of the right electronic components and program the device according to my functional/non-functional specs, sequence diagrams and process flows.
I will be interviewing applicants to ensure they have a suitable understanding of the technologies involved and their experience gives me confidence that the applicants will be able to complete tasks and join me in what I believe will be a long term successful working relationship.
