outlook to salesforce email automation

So basically we send emails from Outlook to our targeted clients and we want those emails to be synced to salesforce so that they can be automatically go transfer to salesforce. Any past or current or future conversations with the selected clients should go to salesforce. So I want an automation of this. Also there should be an option of selecting whose email to sync because on our email we have personal emails too so don’t want those to be synced just the ones we want. Also if we contact someone new through email and when it gets synced or transferred to Salesforce it should create new contact on salesforce Leads section or anywhere dosent matter for new person.
