Custom Jitsi Meet App

We have a self-hosted jitsi server but we don’t have a custom IOS and android app with our logo and name.

We want to customize the JITSI MEET APP with our logo and
reference for both IOS and Android according to this page:

We want the source code working so we can just compile and publish it to our developer account.

Along with basic instructions on how to compile and publish to app stores.
