I am looking for someone to start developing a new website built along with its own apps in android and apple.

What I am looking for is much more advance system (similar or more advance features than shaadi.com website)
Google and Apple apps development with communications features
Full backend system with all the features including report & payment system)

I have design / artwork ready for website template and apps.
