Create a MOBA very similary to Dota 2 (Need designers, developers, a team)

I would like to create a dota 2 style game. I know I need a lot of things, like programmers, editors, design modelers, audio part, networks. I want to carry out this project within 10 years. I really need several freelance programmers and maybe a team needs to be created.
