Streamsets Pipeline to ingest .csv file to Postgree

– Put up a docker-compose file with streamsets and postgre instances (streamsets should map volume)
– ingest csv from a JSON that sends CSVs binaries files
– push CSV records to 4 different tables in postgre database

* We estimate maximum 2 hrs work for the task for someone with experience in Streamsets or Nifi
