Co-pilot with WAMP to fast design and store data from HTML page from scratch

Hi,

For this project I need someone with good-will to support me through screen sharing to transform a psd design into an html linked to a working MySql database.

For me is okay using both design frameworks and php frameworks to make the creation fast.

The html page is mainly composed by forms.

We can use Zoom or Google Remote for screensharing and Skype for voice.

The duration of the support should be about 3 to 4 hours.

I have medium skills writing html, vanilla css and vanilla js, but no skills with php and php frameworks.

Every advice of using a technology that you may think is compatible with these needs is welcome.
