Google Merchant and Good Ads account Suspended.

Hi, all.
I am very tired of this mess and I need someone who take care of my problem.
Currently, my google merchant has suspended with below reason. (website made by Shopify)

Suspended from Country Reason
All destinations United States Account suspended due to policy violation: Misrepresentation

and because of merchant account has problem, my google ads account has suspended also with following.
“Your account is suspendedYour account doesn’t comply with our Google Ads Terms and Conditions.”

I need someone who can fix this all and make sure my products are approved.

I have 2 more website beside one that I wanted to fix. Show me what you can do on this and we can go from there.
