Shilling on reddit and 4chan and any other cost effective shilling/promo measures to get token purchasers. The ultimate goal: Get as many token purchasers as possible and keep information, content and news flowing to current community members.

Please put together a detailed one page plan! We have a budget of $5000/month max including ad spend and can also pay $HUP token to influencers / promoters as needed.
