Simple! Add metamask button to website to accept payment and forward user to membership area

I need this delivered fast (in ~6 hours), but I think it is simple enough to accomplish this.

There are two parts to the project:

#1. I need a button on my website for a user to pay 0.01 ETH with Metamask (https://metamask.io/)

#2 Another button to access the “Members Area” of my site. If they have already paid the 0.01 ETH (verified by metamask by checking their wallet for a transaction to my wallet), it should forward them to a URL of my choice (to access the paid members area).

Please deliver a sample .html file with both buttons functioning.

I think this is very simple and fast for someone who is familiar with metamask.
