Need help with sales and marketing.

I want an experienced marketer (digital/conventional) to help me get clients for my work. I intend to help students solve Java, Python, Data structure and Algorithm assignments. It will be a commission based engagement. I’ll pay up to 50% commission depending on quality of work received. The marketer must bid and win assignment work for me on various platforms similar to TeacherOn.com. Need an experienced marketer to provide consultation on effectively marketing my skills to right audience. I have a sample advertisement (see the attachment) that the marketer can use and improve upon.
