Collect Offline Payments Info

AIM: Aim of this small system is just to show customers offline payment methods we provide and send them SMS notifications once payment has been approved.

System has only one user which can login
1. View pending transactions
2. Approve transactions
3. Send notifications if Payment has been approved or Declined

On Form (Home page) we just need to collect

1. Client First and Last name
2. Service name / Invoice number
3. Amount Paid
4. Client Phone number
