fix oxygen builder feature

I need oxygen to lazy load reusable parts, the entire part.. not just the images.
If you built an oxygen website, I dont care. this is well beyond that.
If you understand how to extend oxygen builder and you actually read this, let me know.
All these bots that autobid and autoreply get ignored.
