eLearning platform customized in Moodle

We are looking for a Moodle Expert that allows us to further customize our current moodle platform and create additional and customized plugins. The scope will include:

– Create custom pages for courses, activities or others based on an existing branding concept
– Read SCORM metadata and store it on moodle database
– Implement a tailored content management flow using existing branding
– Implement a customized course/activities views using existing branding
– Implement push notifications and SEO functionalities

The developer shall have development skills allowing to provide advanced developments of the platform and provide valuable inputs on the required architecture.
