Create Montage or Order window for Dip Buy Algorithm for TD Ameritrade

I would like to create a Montague or order window that I can create dip buy orders. The orders would be placed off of the EMA’s I choose. On the hourly and daily.

I would like a window that has boxes to enter (stock name and Shares) (and a drop down or box the select how many minutes the trade will be open) (so I can make it expire before the afternoon trading time If I choose)
A box , drop down, or check to give the stop and exit information needed.

I would like to be able to select the EMA or SMA of my choice from the hourly or daily.

I would like 2 options for the trade.

1) It would take the trade off of that EMA number and place a stop at the low after 2 minutes time or the close of 2 X 1 minute candles.

2) It would take the trade off the EMA or MSA number once there in an engulfing candle on the 2 minute chart. (the body top and bottom closes higher than the previous candle), (higher high and higher low).
Then the stop would be the low it reached after crossing that EMA,SMA number before the trade was taken.

For the exits on the trade I would like

1) The option of exiting 1/2 at a $ amount
2) Option of exiting 1/2 remainder of $1 amount
3) Option of having a trailing stop on the 5 minute chart.

I would like to be able to see the order as pending once placed but I do not want it on TD ameritrade as pending. Just for my viewing.

I would like to be able to see the P n L, and where it was entered and exited.
