Need orignial medical coding problems created with questions with answers

Need at least 50 custom original United States medical coding questions that have answers to the questions with thorough explanations. Created material must be new and not copy from other material that is available online. Also, depending how you do on this project I will have permanent work each month with new material needed. If you have background in doing this feel free to show me work you have created. Thank you. Total time to create the questions and explanation of answer is 2 to 4 weeks.
