Design outside facilities and landscape of villa

I need design design services for the following :
– driver room along with store
– Landscaping design with fountains and outdoor seating area
– external garden house / guest house
– enhance the villa design ( new classic design )
The surface is 1000 m2 and current villa almost 500 m2 the targeted surface is about 500m2
