Business Analysis expert ( health informatics )

I want to hire a health informatics specialist to a Business analyst expert with a technical background to make interviews for around 45 applicants. The freelancer will review all CVS and then exclude the CVS is completely not fit for the position and then will do an interview for all applicant in one or 2 days with other freelancer .
the free lancer must do all the interviews for all applicant and put a score for each applicant .
