Studio style shed design, drawings ready for Brampton city approval

Hello Freelancers,

I would like Canadian freelancers only to bid for this project. I am planning to build a studio-style shed of maximum size allowable by city of Brampton.

City of Brampton allows making max shed size of 161 square feet (12 feet x 13.33 feet approx), but any shed beyond 108 square feet (12 feet x 9 feet approx) has to have the design approved from the city.

As mentioned, the shed needs to be studio style, with single low sloped roof, I am planning to use it like a office / workshop. I will provide conceptual drawings, you need to make drawings which I can submit to city for approval, as per city guidelines. I am installing it in my backyard, where I have stamped concrete which is more than 6″ thick, I don’t want to spend money digging it and making new concrete foundation, the design should use some anchoring, like anchor bolts or Tapcon concrete screws.
