Need a python expert with AWS knowledge

Need python expert help to do the below

Pull the count of files in AWS S3 folder
paginate the files ( 100 per page) and use each file as payload to trigger gateway api.
API gateway, S3 folders everything is in place need help in executing the above two steps.
