Write a Memo

The memo has been started but needs more work. The overall structure of the memo includes the Facts, Legal Issues, Brief Answer, Discussion, and Conclusion. It needs to be a minimum of 3000 words. I am advocating for the company and defending them against the other party trying to use the infancy doctrine as a way to void the contract. No more facts needed and no need to edit the legal issue. Just the Brief Answer, Discussion, and Conclusion portion in need. No more outside research needed, I have included all the resources you need to write the memo.

For this assignment, you will write your memorandum as an ADVOCATE for the side to which you are assigned. You are not to be neutral or objective. You must organize and present the best arguments for your side in a coherent fashion. This does not mean that you ignore the other positions. You still must identify the major arguments and precedents for the other side and refute them, distinguish them, or argue the superiority of your position.

I have included the doc where I started titled Research Memo. There is a sample memo. There is a doc Minors Case Law E. Dakota, the two highlighted advocate for my side. There is the Research Memo Facts. Then I included Law Reviews and court cases that also advocate for my side.
