Connecting Wix purchases to an Azure SQL database

I have built a website on WIX. The customers purchase medical orders. I then fax those orders to the testing facilities. I would like to make this process automated and secure.

I would like my customer information and order information that is gathered on the site to be stored in a database that I created on Microsoft Azure. I would like to be able to utilize the data for automated processes (i.e. sending emails and faxes). I do not know if this is even possible.
