Build a realestate wordpress website

Hi,
I am implementing a very interesting project with the Real homes theme. As I won’t get revenues at the beginning from this site I cannot pay more than $10/hour but I’m willing to pay more if I’m satisfied with the work.
I’m looking for someone who is expert in wordpress and web development in general and who is reactive, professional, methodological and ambitious as there is a lot to do with this project so it will be a long term hiring.
