Site plan for house and garage and engineer / architect plan for approval for indian river county in florida.

Looking to build a house and garage, I will have to floorplan for the house, but will need a site plan and architect plans and whatever else the county needs. the detached garage will be a metal building that will have engineer plans, but need to be part of the site plan. You will need to be a florida licensed to be able to sign off on the plans.
