Website with Backend CMS (Laravel & Gatsby/Vue)

Please read carefully!

I have the frontend and backend UX/UI design ready, need someone to do the development of the website (front and backend). The website is for a “Luxury Used Car Dealership”. The developer should keep below requirements in mind;

1. Fast. Really, really fast. Below 1-second page load.
2. Integrated search
3. Mobile friendly (responsive)
4. Quick to find in Google
5. Efficient front-end design
6. Efficient back-end and easy to use design

For Frontend technologies like Vue, React or Angular must be used to make the website load faster. For backend Laravel should be used.
Must use a Content Delivery Network (CDN).
Optimize images; the website should be developed in a way when every image is uploaded to the website must be optimized to make sure we don’t lose the quality of the image and the website still loads fast.
Minify HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and other text files in order to make the code lighter in size and reduce the amount of data that needs to be transferred.
Please make sure Testing and Digging are done deeper.

Make sure you’re familiar with the above mentioned languages and have a proper portfolio with enough experience if you’re going to bid on this project, I’ll be asking questions before awarding it to anyone.
