Doctor Patient Appointment App/Web Application

Hello everyone,

We need an App with:
1. Web interface were patients can search doctors/clinics/hospitals based on illness catagory and book Online/Offline appointments. (UI & UX MUST be very user friendly).
2. In case of Online builtin app/zoom should work. Proper nofification & reminder to both patient and doctor so too much of waiting can be avoided.
3. Scanned Copy Of Prescription via camera can be uploaded as well along with digital prescription so patients can use it to order medicines online (as mits mandatory in India).
4. Web admin panel for both Patient/Doctor/Staff to manage their porofiles along with profile, appointents, payment, lab tests, medical history etc can be managed.
5. patients can login using mobile (SMS verified using firtebase) or via social logins required.
6. Prefered technology Flutter for app and PHP for Web Appl8cation.
7. Apps to be hosted on Appstore & GooglePlayStore and and web application to be hosted on AWS.
8. 60 day support to be provided by team.
