Set up a Google Maps preloaded with coordinates

I have a database of coordinates that I want to upload on Google Maps. What I also want is to add on my website that’s made on WordPress where you ask for the customer’s location and shows the points that are near them. Something similar to this site: https://servicios.produccion.ponlemas.com/wsubicacionpdv?filtro=RECOBSA.

I also need to create a list of addresses from coordinates as well.
