need wordpress coder / developer for custom funct

anyone who is developer plz apply , need small website without theme and plugin. specialized in providing listing and checkboxes.. apply only if you are wordpress developer. because i myself have 6yrs expp into wordpress but i cant do this because im new to coding. plz help me im stuck somewhere
