wordpress site customization

https://timenationpro.com/ – This is my website…… that I created with nulled theme, plugins!!

I want to remove many parts of the timenationpro site and convert the whole layout into a very minimalist site……something like to the website in screenshot attached (This is also a website that I own which has around totally just 10 pages. You can check out the site yourself and it is a static site.)

I want basically a wordpress site with around 10 pages with price comparison, features comparison, easy to edit pages using content egg, affiliate egg! I hope you understand what I think…..Ping me for more details!
