Chatbot telegram with python

Prototype of a chatbot.
– Chatbot using Telegram

Requirements to implement in the chatbot:
– Must be connected to a SQL, NoSql or database
.CSV document
– It must allow you to consult information about the product or service.
– It must allow to reserve and buy the product or service.
– It must allow monitoring the status of delivery or preparation
of the service or product.
– When you make a reservation or order you must send by mail
electronic notification of that order or reservation.
– Must allow canceling a reservation 4 hours before.
– If I work with a .csv file I must capture the orders or
reservations in a .csv document for possible reports.
– With the data obtained from purchases and reservations apply the
algorithm that you consider to perform a segmentation of the
customers.
