Mobile App Android and iOS UX/UI designer

We are looking for an experienced UI/IX designer to create the user experience for a mobile phone app that will be primarily used on Android and iOS phone systems. You will need to interact and work with a team in a collaboration effort to bring your creative to the project. You will also need to work continuously to complete the project.
You will be interfacing with a team in the PST time zone which is 8 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (-8 UTC)

We will pay in milestones as you complete the workflow. These are: Completion of wire frames, completion of initial concept(s) review, delivery of the completed project. There are approximately twenty-four screens used across six different app elements.

I have uploaded a preliminary design page that describes the concepts of the design ideals. I will provide the specification document to the successful designers who can demonstrate from their own creatives and design work, the design concepts that will lend to the user experience we are seeking.
