I Need split Parallel payments for my website

my website is www.fittactvids.tv,
i already have a paypal application on my site, my website, is a script built with PHP and is a video sharing platform basically like youtube. On my website users would have to Upgrade to be become a pro member which will allow them to upload videos. now at the moment users can set a price for their subscribers to subscribe to their video channel i as admin take a commission i control the commission amount in my admin backend and i can control the minimum amount a user can set for their video channel however the payments are not automated so at the moment i would have to send payments manually. I would like to automate this process please, so it would automatically split the payments for me please
