Wireless Data Capture system

I need to design a prototype for a system to be deployed in pipes or pressure systems.The sensors are currently exist on the open market and are used for air quality monitoring. I need the sensors built up so they send data routinely to a data logger, then on to a cloud based portal. Data may also be downloaded manually from the logger.
