Upgrading program for a TM221 PLC to a TM241 PLC — 2

Need someone who is knowledgeable with Schneider Electric’s Ecostruxure Machine Expert program – Not the basic version – the Expert Standard version. Specifically what is needed is a TM221 controller needs to be upgraded to a 241, the program is already written and needs to be converted to the Expert version so it can be transferred to a TM241 controller. The program will include 3 devices for the TCP scanner and two devices for the serial scanner. You must have experience with this software as it is not something you can figure out so anyone who believes they can figure out this software without working knowledge of it please do not send a bid. The program currently works and the Expert version must also work in order to get paid, that is not something unreasonable to ask. I should be able to download the software to the PLC and test the inputs and outputs and they must work as intended. If you are familiar with Machine Expert this should be a quick easy project.
