looking for a builder that can use blender to make buildings and a map for a Tokyo game!

im gonna be paying around $500 to for the project, I would like a simple city based off of neon Tokyo! . I would like buildings interactive things such as a g and a arcade which you could roll for the in game coins. I’m paying around 550$ for the whole map with scripting. I would do the rest!
