Build a water fall flow media playing iOS app

I need to develop a media browsing iOS app similar to Pinterest with following requirements
1. Provide two pages, waterfall media browsing page and media detail page
2. No need to add network layer since I will add it by myself.
3. No storyboard, but you could use xib
4. Code in Swift
5. Animation: I need two animations: scale up animation from thumbnail image to full screen detail page; scale down from full screen detail page to thumbnail image in waterfall flow media page.
6. Need to support image, gif and video.
