Topaz Video Enhance project

I have an old documentary I produced and directed of about 36 minutes in a Video_TS format. I need someone who has Topaz Video Enhance AI – and is familiar with it – to transfer the file to a higher resolution format. I can provide the original DVD folder or a transfer to another format.
