4365 site plans

My husband and I are looking to add a 3 car garage next to our existing house, add a fence around our backyard so we can get a dog/s and finally add a multi-purpose court to the back yard. We have not yet found a builder but are open to referrals.
I need site plan drawn that includes:

i. Topographic & Boundary Survey
ii. Existing Conditions Map
iii. Site Design
iv. Grading & Storm Drainage Design
v. Erosion, Sedimentation, & Pollution Control Plan
vi. Construction Details

We are adding on a 3 car garage and need site plans with the above to satisfy local city requirements. A CAD file can be provided to assist with placement of current house and new garage onto plans.
