Develop P2P exchange similar to Paxful

I need someone who can create/fork a coin and develop P2P Exchange similar to Paxful.

P2P exchanges offer an escrow service to protect both sellers and buyers until the payment is done. For example, when you start a trade to buy Bitcoin, the P2P exchange will hold the seller’s bitcoin in an escrow. And only release the bitcoin to your wallet once the seller confirms payment is received.
