tutor for django to help me build an web application

I need help with this project. I need a mentor/tutor to guide me to build a online form using django/ flask that can perform calculations, take e-sign from customer and take a pic as an attachment. after its submitted its should be populated as a row in a excel sheet or Gsheet and copy of the form needs to be saved as pdf.
