Create multiple 3d model replica graphics

What I want is to take this project

and do something like this

except instead of van gough I would do it based on movies
so you would make the people based on actors and actresses

For example I would want Emma stone from La La land done in that same form of artwork
and this would be incorporated into the piece https://www.twincities.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/la-la-land-poster.jpg
those colors and background with the star
so make the person look like Emma stone in 3d and add that style of background but animate it
