I need an expert android programmer who is very proficient with working with photoshop and figma UI and knows how to create and test and deliver high quality android apps WITHIN DEADLINES. I have several android apps that need development.

ABSOLUTELY NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM SOUTH ASIA AND CHINA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DUE TO PRIOR NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES. Budget is $250-$500 depending on complexity of app. You must know how to use firebase. You must know how to use google playstore. You must know how to use Figma. You must know how to use in app payments of various kinds.
