4K Video Frame Rate Correction Blu-Ray Disc

Hello! I’m looking for someone to assist w/a video project. I have a 4K Dolby ATMOS / Vision Blu-Ray demo disc video that I have produced. The menu is working perfect BUT the 4K Dolby Atmos audio and Dolby Atmos Vision videos and audio drops off and hangs and jumps when played on high end Panasonic ub820 bluray players.

It looks like the frame rate being reported is 25fps which I don’t think will work on a NTSC system, only PAL? Not sure. Looking to confirm. This project is a priority and I would like to approve a freelancer TODAY. I can forward you a link to download the original 23GB BluRay disc master. Looking to correct the video and send into production next week. Thank you!
