I need a logo designer

I need to design a logo for my team, the current one is formal. Whilst the current one will remain the primary design. I want to create a new logo to be placed on t-shirts etc. it needs to be more vibrant and ‘eye-catching’. I prefer a more graphic/vector approach, could I have the design mimic the current logo, however, as stated previously, more vibrant and exciting. The team colours are primary blue, secondary yellow. A black and white design would also be appreciated.
