I need an Excel expert

Hello!
I’m a self-employed German-English translator working for the German government. My one great hobby is soccer. I have tried to create some systems for predicting correct scores in the English Premier league and English Championship league. However, I would love to start from scratch and have my own ranked tables of both leagues which are automatically updated every week, and then I would love to integrate my own amateurish prediction systems. Each league table would have a home and away section, e.g. Home P (Total games played), W (home games won), D (home games drawn) and L (home games lost), F (home goals for), A (home goals against), Pts. Thats 7 cols. Then extra columns with home goals for per game, home goals against per game plus home and away goals per game for the last 6 and 3 home games and away games. And exactly the same for Away games.

Then the fixtures (pairings) and results have to be updated in the big table so that it’s always up-to-date. I’m lost with the IF function. All I want to do is compare the hgf (home goals for) of the home team (T1) and the agf of the away team before they play… I then subtract one from the other and if T1 has a better home goals for per game than T2’s away goals for per game (say, 1.5 vs 1) I subtract T2s from T1s and award T1’s hgf/g (home goals for per game average) the difference T1 had maybe 1.2 plus the 0.5 diff. = 1.7.
The diff. between T2’s away goals against per game and T1’s home goals against per game are treated differently. The weaker team gets the diff. ADDED to its goals against per game. Then I add T1’s hgf to T2’s aga and divide the sum by 2. Then I add T2’s
agf to T1s hga and divide the sum by 2. Using this system to predict correct scores in these 2 leagues made me a profut of 200 pounds last season, but I need HOURS to do it all manually… can you help me, and, if so, how much would it cost me please?

PS I’m asking about costs because I have 4 kids, all hungry, a large dog (very hungry), a house camel and a tame sheep all under my roof. So, as you can imagine, I have to watch the pennies!!! ????
