Build me WebGL project

The project is going to look something like a wildlife sanctuary.
As soon as the user loads the HTML page, a top view of the sanctuary should appear and using the mouse the user can control the view. There should be animals present which where clicked upon, show a brief description about the animal, their population and where they are populated the most.
There needs to be background music on the page which should start working as soon as the user loads the page. (Background music must be sound of birds, animals, etc).
Along with animals, there must be some small pointers placed on the map, along with the animals that when clicked upon give a description of the sanctuary.
