Extract API Data Of Option Chains from Stock Broker And Filter Through Data

I need a web script written in perhaps PHP, but flexible on language. Where the script extract data from an api service that provides option chain data from stock brokerages. Then I need the data analyzed and filtered to find certain information based on some simple calculations, then post that outcome on a page.
